I am a family man, who enjoys laughing and having fun. You can always find me talking about my kids and family, the Roughriders, or my latest project at home.

Sandra Jean- Owner

I’ve been in the industry 30+ years. I love creating new looks for people & teaching them how to be able to do it at home. Meeting new people, and building relationships with others is my passion.

I am a mother of six and a Grandmother to two. I love being with family & friends. Feeding them & creating memories.

Kelly Kavanagh- Journeyperson Stylist

I have 25+ years experience. I love my job and couldn't imagine doing anything else. I am constantly pushing myself to grow my skills & upgrade my education. I love doing creative, vibrant, fashion colors; blondes, reds, and coppers. I still enjoy doing perms. I believe they have a purpose, and I'm bringing them back. I also do micro bead extensions, men's haircuts, and airtouch.

I have been in the industry for 7 years. I love the craft of barbering.

Connecting with people, hearing about what they love and do brings me great joy. I believe that it is essential to make the person in your chair feel like the most important part of my day. I am very detail orientated and I believe quality can go a long way, in service and conversation. I like to keep it real.

Carlie Freese - Journeyperson Barber/Stylist

I am a Journeyperson barber & stylist and have been in the industry for 6 years. I really enjoy barbering and natural curls. I love making people feel good and educating my clients on how to do their hair at home.

I am a country girl at heart. I live on an acreage close to Langham with my husband and our son. We have 2 dogs currently and hope to get more animals in the future. I enjoy hunting, gardening and spending time with my family.

I've known Gerald and Sandra for several years and I am thrilled to join the team they’re building at Personalities and Gearheads!

My life can be summed up by 3 F’s - faith, family, and friends. My husband and I have 3 beautiful children, and live a crazy busy life with them. When I’m not at work, I love to bake, watch movies, and spend time outside.

I am a journeyman hairstylist and have been working in the hair industry for 10 years. As a stylist behind the chair, my goal is to make you feel comfortable and work with your vision and budget.

My husband and I have been married 5 years and have a 3 year old daughter. In my spare time I enjoy baking, reading and going on walks.
