As a courtesy to Personalities Hair Design, Gearheads Barbershop, our staff, and our clients waiting patiently on our cancellation list, we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Please understand our staff have families to support. Canceling with less than the 24 hours notice leaves our staff with a missed opportunity. Canceling within 24 hours of your appointment time can result in up to 50% of your service fee being applied. No show appointments will be assessed up to 100% of the service fee. Any assessed fees must be paid before re-booking.
